Three decades in journalism – starting with radio, followed by Äripäev, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and Eesti Rahvusringhääling. Urmas’s experience and expertise cover writing, speaking and reporting journalism. He has done all this as a broadcaster and editor, and as a journalist in roles ranging from reporter to critic. He believes that at the heart of everything is the story and the desire to tell that story. When those two are in place, there is always an audience. In addition to his work as a journalist, Urmas has chaired hundreds of conferences and seminars, and over the years he has regularly given training courses on journalism, presenting and plain speaking.
