Ann leads new business development and is responsible for ensuring that our service is modern and contributes daily to the growth of our clients’ business.

Thanks to her considerable experience as a journalist, she is able to create integrated campaigns that reach the widest possible coverage in the general media. Integrated communication campaigns and the launch of new businesses are what Ann does best. This is proven by the first place awards received in Estonia, and several international communication competitions; the most valuable of which is probably the winning of top prize in the PR-Excellence Awards with the Collection Diary campaign.

Ann has worked in the field of communications for over 10 years, her clients include leading banks like Swedbank, international technology brands such as Starship, start-up companies such as WOLT and Bikeep, as well as public institutions like Enterprise Estonia.

Andreas is a co-founder and managing partner of META, as well as a member of the management board.

At META, he is a trustworthy advisor to the managers of several international businesses operating in the Baltic States, as well as fast-growing Estonian companies. During long-term consulting relationships, Andreas has supported his clients in making management decisions and seeking changes, particularly in the banking and financial services, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, transit and logistics, food and beverage, and a number of other heavily regulated business areas.
