Lily works on creating and implementing successful communication plans for both tech and start-up companies, and building employee personal brands on LinkedIn. She keeps a constant eye on new technological developments and solutions. Lily’s previous experience has given her strong media analytics skills and an understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. Lily studied at the University of Amsterdam, where her entrepreneurial spirit led her to participate in an accelerator programme, through which she successfully launched her startup Hoovus. During the process, however, she discovered that what fascinated her most about building a company was the technology and start-ups and how this ties in with her media studies. Today, Lily is doing just that in the field of communication and marketing. She has worked with companies such as GScan, Futugrid, Kwota, Snabb, Easyref, Tele2, Work in Estonia and Software Defined Space Conference.
