Karoliine’s role as an assistant to the marketing communication team is to assist META consultants in all aspects and to be a supporting force in various marketing communication projects. Karoliine is a good and creative writer, having previously honed her skills mainly as a journalist.

The last year of her studies at the University of Tartu, where she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication, gives Karoliine the opportunity to put her newly acquired knowledge to work for the benefit of META’s clients. Her studies have shown her a broad understanding of Estonian and international politics, communication basics and journalism, and a strong analytical mind. An exchange semester in Belgium at the University of Ghent allowed her to learn about international communication.

What fascinates Karoline most about communication are projects where creativity can be let fly and where an integrated and innovative communication campaign can be used for implementation.
