Karoliine’s strengths include creative literacy, analytical thinking, and the ability to clarify complex issues. She has experience managing local projects for multinational companies and large-scale communications for public sector organisations. Karoliine has also been involved in organising various events and training programmes.

Karoliine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of Tartu, which gave her in-depth knowledge of both Estonian and international politics, the basics of communication, and the principles of journalism. An exchange semester at the University of Ghent in Belgium also taught her international communication knowledge. In the past, she has also honed his skills as a journalist.

Karoliine’s main clients are Google, Cybernetica and the European Parliament Office in Estonia. In addition, she manages the METAIQ internship programme.
