As a junior consultant, Tea offers important support in various client relationships and projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Estonian Business School and a master’s in Management and Marketing from TalTech.

Before joining META, Tea worked in the field of branding for many years and has contributed to the development of many private and public companies at both strategy and project management levels.
