Laura Põldma

As a consultant, Laura brings together years of experience in communications and an academic background in psychology. Her BA in Journalism and Communication from the University of Tartu provides a strong foundation for creating impactful messages in both the Estonian and international media landscape.

What sets Laura apart in her communications work is her behavioural-science perspective, supported by an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. This helps her develop communications solutions with clients that go beyond visibility and instead support real change in target groups’ attitudes and behaviour.

Laura’s approach is analytical and systematic, and she believes that success in communications comes from consistent messages that are genuinely aligned with an organisation’s true character.

Her main areas of interest are internal communications, organisational behaviour and development, and employer branding. Together with her team, she contributed to Work in Estonia’s “Skip 2020” campaign aimed at international talent, which received a Kuldmuna award.

Today, Laura works with clients in finance, technology, logistics, retail, and the public sector.
