As a Junior Consultant, Karmen works mainly with clients in the finance and healthcare sectors. She also supports clients on crisis communication matters and helps prepare and organise crisis communication trainings.

Karmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Tartu (cum laude) and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from Lund University. Before joining Meta Advisory, she worked as an editor in the news department of Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR). She has also been part of the PR team for Estonia’s biggest cultural events, the song and dance festivals “Püha on maa” and “Iseoma”.

Karmen has strong analytical skills and communicates with clarity and precision. She is particularly interested in crisis and strategic communication, and continues to develop her expertise in these areas to provide meaningful support to clients in achieving their business objectives.
