As a Junior Consultant, Heleri’s role is to provide all-round support to the government relations team across various projects and client relations.

Heleri holds a degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). She has gained practical experience through internships at the Ministry of Climate and the Chancellery of the Riigikogu, and has also worked as a project assistant at the university. Her previous experiences, combined with the knowledge acquired through her studies, have provided her with a broad understanding of policymaking processes and the practical work of both the legislative and executive branches of government. This background supports her daily work, particularly in monitoring and preparing monitoring reports.

Heleri’s strengths lie in her attention to detail and analytical skills, which help her structure and communicate complex information clearly. Her systematic approach and genuine curiosity about political developments in Estonia and the world enable her to provide strategic support across different projects and client relations.
